I haven’t been there since the Covid period. It’s a small two-story building next to the Department of Energy — not an office building. The dining area is on the second floor, and the first floor houses a federal credit union or something similar. They do check government photo IDs at the dining entrance (guests are allowed). When friends visit DC on weekdays, I usually go there for lunch with them.
