remodeling cost

Let's say you are remodeling bathrooms, kitchen, and basement. Is there a cost difference between doing it one at a time (one this year), one next year, and the year after vs. doing it all at once? I've heard it's cheaper to do it all at once. Any idea 1) if this is true? and 2) if so, how much cheaper?? TIA

It’s cheaper to do it all at once because of economic of scale.
And usually cheaper to do it now than later because of inflation.
How much more is not easy to figure out.

Not enough to matter.
The price differences come from the individual contractors markups and from the quality of materials they use.

Everything else is moot.
