Exercise, exercise, exercise. Lots of different activities that I enjoy, particularly swimming.

Going to bed earlier, walking more.

Cutting back on drinking (better sleep, which helps with pretty much everything, and also better complexion), and trying semaglutide. I've always been very active but also overweight since high school, and crept up into obese territory with no sign of slowing down after kids. Wegovy has been a miracle.

Cutting back on salt and fat.
Much much less red meat.
Stopped drinking.
Yearly Dr visits with bloodwork.
Staying active.

Powerzone training on the Peloton bike

I enjoy it, it makes me feel good and I don't even want to drink alcohol anymore. My cholesterol also went down a fair amount since I started.

25+ years of heavy weightlifting
Flossing and sunscreen every day

Getting a full nights sleep almost every night (8+ hours)
Regular exercise, particularly core strength
Walking everywhere. Not having a car has made my life so much better.

Eight hours of sleep and importantly also going to bed and getting up at the same time

Yes. I bike, run, and lift weights, but do whatever you like as long as it's a mix of cardio and strength training.

The most improvement is going from zero to a little, but more is almost always better, up to a couple hours a day.

I will try these. YouTube has a treasure trove of videos. I used to be hooked on Daniel and Kelly HIIT channel on YouTube, also old Richard Simmons. Gotta try out barre now, better than nothing.

Planning thoroughly for an early retirement, then retiring at 56.

I’ve spent the last two years since then catching up on health issues (scoliosis diagnosed a year ago; dry eye; HRT) and have much less stress and time to think and exercise. Weight training twice a week has made a big difference.

Maintain it, from teenage years. I’ve never gone more than three weeks without working out or playing a sport, I drink next to no alcohol - almost exclusively water, have never smoked anything, always worn sunscreen and never tanned, protect my sleep, aim for five veg/fruit a day, stretch before and after being active, always worn seatbelts, etc.
