Face/necklift in DMV instead of botox and fillers

I look good for my age, but my neck is killing me. I figure if I fix it, I'll start "noticing" other stuff. Im 53. Just skip the queue and get a minimalist face/neck lift? Any recs in the area who have an artist's touch but aren't astronomically expensive (ie 100K)

My friend had her facelift with Dr. Bittar and she looks amazing. I think she paid around $60K but that was with the eyes and a laser. Not sure what he charges for a facelift alone.

I’ve consulted with both but, unfortunately can’t have surgery right now.

Was at the dermatologist yesterday. I'm 50 but my neck looks older bc of sun worship when I was younger. She suggested lasers for texture and soft wave for tightening. I think the laser was around 1500 and the soft was 2500x2. Much cheaper than a facelift.

Alas I have joined a few Facebook pages that havr made me nervous of filler, lasers, and Botox .

Bump. The only place I have seen first hand results from were from West end plastic surgery and they were fantastic
