Any magazine subscriptions for 11 and 14 year old kids? We get sports illustrated kids and food network they both like. Looking for more.

Our kids liked The Week Junior (and now just read the regular version). It's a fairly balanced news magazine.

OYLA for science

I was going to suggest the Cricket magazine group but it looks like they've merged all their magazines into Cricket. Muse and Cobblestone and Faces are now part of an expanded Cricket.

Sports, Hiking, Dog, etc. magazines.
Hunting magazines
Outdoor magazines
Gun magazines
Health and exercise magazines
Dog, running, etc. specialty magazines.
Science or Craft or woodworking magazines.

Magazines are GREAT for kids, to get them off phones, and learn to have real material in their possession and not digital junk.

Better for their eyes also to read real things rather than being exposed to LED. Just be sure they have an incandescent reading lamp available if they read indoors.

Just go to Barnes and noble and look around the magazine section to figure out what they might like based on their interests. They have all kinds of magazines I’d never think of otherwise.
