Hi everyone, we're taking our baby to the Washington Spirit game on Saturday, the semifinal, and would welcome any advice from people who have done it before!
We have purchased hearing protection (headband kind) and heave reached out to Audi to ask for accommodation in taking an opaque diaper bag. Has anyone been allowed to do this before? Our plan in general is to walk over with the stroller, check the stroller in at their stroller valet (we have a Minu but I don't think it'll fit in the stands), and then just wear him in the baby carrier inside the stadium. Does anyone have experience having a baby wear earmuffs while inside a baby carrier? Does their head fit? Baby is 2 months old so he is not outward facing yet, is my worry. Time inside the stadium is a maximum of 2 hours, we're budgeting for a 4 hour excursion overall, and will take multiple bottles of milk. Sadly we only have 1 thermos, but I think with 3 bottles we should be fine, 2 at room temperature to be eaten first, the third being a backup. Our backup plan for this whole thing is to carry everything in a clear bag. Does anyone have experiences they would like to share, or general advice? Thank you all in advance, I really appreciate it |
| I wouldn't take a stroller at all and just wear the baby the entire time. |

I’m not sure if my back can take wearing the baby for a 20 minute walk each way, on top of the game itself
Is there a reason you wouldn’t take the stroller and leave it at the check in? |
| Leave your baby at home. It’s too cold. |
It's going to be in the 60s |

| If the crowd/noise does become too much, I believe Audi has some “isolation” pods that would mitigate the sensory overload. |
| Saw a few babies there in carriers this past Saturday. All were wearing the cute headbands. |
| Update, Audi got back to me! Diaper bags are allowed as a medical necessity, but you need to go through Gate B specifically to have it tagged appropriately |

Yeah we never had problems taking a regular diaper bag even with snacks and water bottle for the kid.
We did always bring a stroller and just checked it, there usually aren’t many so it’s easy in and out. Biggest frustration is there aren’t many family bathrooms and people often use them to poop in private so the wait can be long. |
