| What do you do when you can't sleep? Laying there hours on end is getting old... |
| Literally searching for how to stop scrolling. |
I'm so bored. Did you come up with anything? |
| Surprised 28 people are awake and have read this post so far. |
Sometimes the 4-7-8 breathing method works. (Not working on me today though 🙄 |
| Scroll DCUM?? I tidied up the kitchen and then had a snack. After another hour of trying to sleep, I read my kindle in bed for a while. I usually don’t like to do anything because hat seems to make it worse, but also laying in bed unable to sleep is pretty awful. |
| Quiet chores (no vacuuming), read a book, and workout. |
I get out of bed and start working. Eventually you’ll get so physically tired that you’ll go to sleep. |
| I meditate. Insomnia for me is when my brain won’t stop thinking, and meditation is where I practice separating myself from my thoughts behind and resting in a quiet place. I’ve done this enough now that I can start meditating and be asleep in a few minutes. |
| Put on a podcast. |
| I am here…. |
+1. If I can’t sleep, I don’t. I just get up and start my day. There’s always so much on my to do list that getting up at 3 am doesn’t matter. There are also 24 hour grocery stores, etc so I get errands like that out of the way. |
| I eat something. It resets something, and I can usually sleep after. |
| Read dcum |
I will try this next time. |
