| For you and DH / DW. |
| Picking up around the house, cooking, reading, driving to kid stuff. Same as the other seasons. |
| Errands, exercise classes, dinner out on Friday and Saturday (often with another couple one of the nights), maybe a show or movie thrown in there. |
|
We go on a long walk Saturday morning, then do a project or errands until late afternoon. We open a bottle of wine and put on music and make dinner together, maybe dance a bit, then eat. Then sit by the fire and read.
Sunday run errands or project/chores, then repeat of Saturday. |
| Errands, cleaning, and catching up on work so Monday doesn’t hit us in the face. |
| DH plays around on computer, does some work. We go for a long walk somewhere in the afternoon. I doom scroll, read. Cook dinner. TV. |
|
How far is a long walk?
Do you all not have kids??? |
| Doesn’t sound like anyone is having sex! |
| Nothing exciting laundry, cleaning, organizing, then go on a walk, take a bath, read, eat dinner, watch tv and go to sleep. |
| One person is doing errands while one is shuttling kids around to activities then ideally we meet up for lunch and then shuttle kids around to birthday parties and random activities and then dinner with friends. |
| Does anyone actually go out… like dinners with friends, parties, or some event like a concert? We try… I feel like it’s hard to make happen… but I always had a feeling other people were doing more stuff than we were. Is this not the case? |
See 20:26 above you. We do, most weekends. |
| Kids have weekend school so we do errands then or just chill with DH (sometimes sex). Then usually dinner with friends/another family on sat (sometimes on Friday night). Sunday is lazy breakfast and hw/chores for kids. Then a hike or raking leaves or a bike ride. Dinner prep while kids play. Maybe bake something and read together and get ready for the week. |
| A date doing something fun -- comedy show, karaoke, new restaurant, cooking class, bowling -- and then making out on the sofa before taking it to the bedroom. |
