Once you show any interest in volleyball on Facebook (follow a club, watch volleyball videos), Powercore advertising kicks in. I've seen videos of athletes improving their form after one session of in-person instruction, but I can't tell how much of it is real. Like weight loss programs, it may work for some people and not do much for others. |
