Frame for 12x12 art

| I'm targeting 24 inches wide by 30 inches high frame. Can a 12X12 piece of art, matted, look good in a frame this size? I'm having a hard time visualizing it. I'm imagining it centered horizontally, but closer to the top of the frame vertically. |
