Recommend audiobook for a long flight

Any good ideas for me. I don’t want to read or watch something on a device. I need glasses and would prefer to just close my eyes and immerse myself into a great story. Ideally fiction and it can be 10-15 hours of listening. I am on a long trip!

Just listened to North Woods. Fabulous! And then Tom Lake, narrated by Meryl Streep.

I agree with The Dutch House. I believe Tom Hanks is the reader.

Most Kristin Hannah books are excellent on audio - I especially liked The Women and The Great Alone though both are pretty intense.
not fiction but Born A Crime by Trevor Noah is absolutely amazing on audio since he reads it himself.
Tom Lake by Ann Patchett is read by Meryl Streep which makes is great for audio
If you are looking for lighter topics (some brain candy/beach read style) Elin Hildebrand's books are good on audio

Not op but I really liked most of these and will add Kristin Hannah to my personal list.

To add another for op, if you haven't heard it already, Daisy Jones and the Six is really well done as an audiobook having different actors play the different characters.

I liked The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. It was a little long, but the narrator did a great job.

Recommended to me and the type of books I would never pick on my own but I really enjoyed both:

Ready Player One
Under the Dome

Make sure you can charge your device or bring a battery pack.

Almost all audio books are at least 8 hours. Recent ones I've enjoyed include Water Moon and Park Avenue.

North Woods by Daniel Mason was really good as an audio book

The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon

Becoming Madame Secretary by Stephanie Dray

And +1 for anything by Kristin Hannah, I really liked The Four Winds. (I clearly have a thing for historical fiction!)

Some classics that I recently enjoyed listing to -
Watership Down
Pride and Prejudice

I just finished The Correspondent and highly recommend!
