Do I tell work I changed my number?

I have a new number and intend on quitting in around 5 months.

Do I not give my number and hope nobody tries to call me until then or do I have to give it?

They call or text for scheduling etc.

I don’t care if they have it but I just try to talk to my bosses as little as possible but I guess I have to tell them?

If they needed your old number, they'll need your new number. When you're planning (or not planning) to quit this job is totally irrelevant.

Give it to them. They might need it when you quit. Five months is a longish time and they may need to get ahold of you. Best not to give any signs of your plans
