My kids too. They use the roasted nori seaweed to make rice, meat, veggi morsels.
They also like the green seaweed salad in the deli section at costco. That is also used as a stuffing inside parilla leaves or seaweed morsels. My son makes miso soup and dunks the green seaweed salad in it. It is all good. Also, uses the salad as a layer beteen two fried chicken pieces. |

Nori, the dried sheets? Yes. The rehydrated versions of Japanese seaweed to place in broths and salads... depends on the dish. They can tolerate anything in ramen!
