Aspen - “account expired”?

| Both I and my spouse are getting an error message stating that our aspen accounts are expired. Are others experiencing this? I was able to log in successfully several days ago. I’m wondering if Aspen is offline - maybe related to the end of term 1? |

| Me too. And my kid said no grades were updated yesterday, even though grades were entered on Canvas. |

| Same. I had last logged in yesterday and saw that some grades had been posted, so this seems like a fairly recent issue. |

| OP here - thanks for the advice to log in with your kid's account. That worked for me too - although as others mentioned, grades do not appear to have been updated. |

| Is it correct that teachers have up to 12 days after the end of term date to post the final grade? |

| It's working again. Although my kid's grades weren't updated at all, so I'm guessing the system was down for teachers too. |

Teachers have five work days to post final grades. I think that would be next Monday afternoon. |

Grades are due by November 12th for all teachers. (Some schools may encourage before.) I think the date feels slightly longer than normal because of the half day wellness day Monday and then Veteran's Day is on Tuesday next week. |

| My school attendance admin reset my Aspen account and sent me a temporary password. Worked just fine. |
