What are your obvious foods? I mean, I don’t even know anymore. I am a vegetarian, so maybe I'll just have to stop eating. |

| It’s very patient-dependent. I have to avoid chocolate and that’s about it. Haven’t experienced heartburn in years now despite the hiatal hernia. I have my first colonoscopy in 4 years so I wonder whether we’ll do another endoscopy at that time to check for possible damage from hidden GERD. |
