That is the poster who suggested Hispanics routinely call people monkeys and that the comment might not have been racial.

I don't see a history of racial insensitivity by that poster.

The OP of this website feedback thread is saying that "Hispanics routinely call people monkeys and that the comment might not have been racial. " IS the racially insensitive statement of concern.

The sentence that you quoted is my paraphrase of a much longer post for which the OP of this thread expressed appreciation. Therefore, the OP, who did not know that post was written by the poster about whom she is now asking, did not seem to have considered it racially insensitive.
