| Did anyone catch when this is supposed to occur? Is it supposed to happen during 2026 with decisions made in spring 2027 and new elementary school assignments starting fall 2028? |

I didn't hear them say it explicitly, but around 1:50 she says that they are waiting on starting design on most of the elementary school projects until FY28 so that the elementary boundary study could be done first. FY28 is the 2027-28 school year, right? So presumably that would mean the elementary boundary study would be finished by spring 2027 at the latest?
