Have senior transcripts been sent?

My senior has been waiting for the school to send transcripts. He has checked in a few times and been told they’re not ready. Most of his applications were ready on his end by early September. We read on another thread there were some MCPS wide issues but those were resolved. Are others having issues?

You need to speak to your school's registrar. This is not an mcps issue. My child's transcripts were sent per Naviance. At our school the registrar says students need to submit transcript requests 30 days before it is due. It is probably just a backlog for your school's registrar because so many students submit requests at once. Also double check that they were done correctly. At my child's school it is a 3 step process that includes Naviance AND a google form and then paying in student cash online. All 3 steps must be completed.

FWIW, last year we were advised that it would be yup to two weeks after a request for transcripts so kids should plan accordingly. I didn’t keep track of when they were sent but my kid made the requests a bit more than two weeks before the EA deadline and the transcripts were there on time.

PPs are right though - check with your registrar if You have questions. This isn’t a MCPS issue - it’s a school level matter.

Ours have not been sent yet even though requests were made weeks ago.

My son did speak with the registrar repeatedly. She says they haven’t been uploaded. Counselor says the same. He submitted before the semester started so it’s been 6 weeks. It is incredibly stressful.
