Does ranking more than 1 school in the form reduce the chance of getting the 1st choice?

That PP is speculating. Also boundary changes don’t affect the fact that there will still be in- and out-of-consortium, so that PP’s reasoning does bot make sense.

You are ignorant and burying your head in the sand! Slide 48 of the last presentation to the BOE on the Program Analysis said they would present MS proposals in October.

Do you really think MCPS would keep MS magnets but not HS magnets?!? They can’t afford to keep doing what they’re doing. Speak up now to the BOE and dont come back here to complain.

But I think your speculation comes in that they would move the kids who are already enrolled back to there neighborhood school. I think they will be able to finish out the program.

We received our MSMC notice today and are very happy we got Parkland, our kid’s first choice. Do we know when families outside of the MSMC boundaries will receive their results? Same timing as in-boundary? Wondering for kid’s buddies.
