Problems with Canvas - anyone else?

| All of my kid's classes on Canvas (student version) have disappeared. The only class showing is the all-school class. There is nothing under "all classes." Is this happening to anyone else's kid? My kid needs to turn in some assignments and apparently can't. TIA. |

| Take a screenshot of canvas not working have them email that and the assignment till its working again. |

| Check your wifi just in case. And did you reboot the computer? |

| Canvas has been a nightmare for my kid who is now a senior. Despite the last four years of trying to fix things they can’t. He has shown a teacher he submitted something but they can’t see it on their end. He also still has his 6th grade math class connected- he’s a senior. WTLF? Each school needs a legit IT person. |

| OP here - forgot to report back that the next morning the issue was fixed. As far as we know, no one else from our school had this issue. |
