Wayward

Just binged the first three episodes. Anyone else watching?

It gets better, more interesting after the first 2-3 episodes.
I’ve watched them all and ended up enjoying it.

I watched it too - weird but good.

The first few episodes are better than the last few. Didn't love the ending.

I watched it but wish I didnt. I thought the main cop character was a terrible actor and their wife was old enough to be the mother.

I liked it. Mixed feelings about the ending

I liked it at first but then lost interest. I didn't finish it.

I tried watching. The cop and the wife , it’s just horrible acting.

This is where I am. Episode 4 and thinking of quitting. It’s just weird and the pregnant wife is annoying.

I'm so glad OP started this chat. I just finished it. It was ok. Compelling, but ultimately very weak story. I'm not even sure I understood what Toni Collette's character did that was so wrong/illegal. The school itself (apart from the weird hot seat thing) seemed to be okay. Not terrible, nor worth risking your life to run away from.

The main character's storyline was pretty weak; never really understood his arc.

I thought Toni Collette was magnetic, best part of it by far.

I watched it because my daughter wanted to. Awful. Agree the cop actor was not a good actor. Mostly the whole thing was creepy and not compelling.

They aren't believable as a real couple at all. I'm still watching because I'm curious, and like some of the other cast (Toni Collette, the teens) but can't say I'm loving it.
