Best noise cancelling headphones?

| My daughter’s noise cancelling headphones are not working well enough for the noise of her long bus ride. Can anyone recommend the best ones that can play music and completely drown out external sound (not through turning up music loud), but can also change settings to be able to wear during school and muffle noise but still hear speech? |
