I had plantar fasciitis in my early 30s that mostly went away for standard treatment. It recently returned after many years of not being an issue and is resistant to the stretching, orthotics, and exercises that helped when I was younger. I am working long hours, running teens around, and just don't have the time to devote to recovery that I did when I was younger. Anyone try low dose radiation therapy (LDRT) for plantar fasciitis? Can you recommend a provider in the DC area (prefer NOVA)? |
Hi Op,
This really works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDwTjo_FXSk I got rid of PF after 2-3 weeks with PT and lots of different stretches. But a co-worker did the stair workout, another friend did the same! My mom only did the wall stretch and she recovered. Increased vitamin D and calcium as well as hot sauna does hurt. Hope you feel better soon. |
I had this and it turns out my liver enzymes were elevated. Went away after I got them down. |
Dry needling my calf worked for me! Immediately - took only 2 sessions. |
