Can WUSTL be moved into very-nearby-across-the-MS-river, Illinois?

Good gravy. We were looking at a school just outside of St. Louis at one point. I thought at the time it was close enough to the IL border for my daughter's healthcare visits.

I had also looked at a state U in a different part of MO briefly that was right on the river, but the part of IL it was close to was VERY rural.

Now I'm starting to think that we are just months away from Gilead and we need to get all our affairs in order ASAP.
