How many vials of sculptra for 53 year old?

Anonymous
I had 2, one on each side and plan to go back for another 2 in 6 weeks. Wondering what experience ladies who did sculptra had with this number of vials. Wondering if 2 is enough, it is expensive!

None, that shit will jack up your face. Save your pennies and have a face lift if you must.

This is one of the worst ROI you can do. It doesnt work well and is very very expensive. Dont bother.

Sculptura makes it harder for doctors to perform face lifts. Fillers can be dissolved, but Sculptura cannot.

I had two and it was enough.

I’d rather have a facelift but that’s a minimum of $30,000 and more likely $60,000 when you add a neck lift and brow lift which is also necessary. Easily $90,000 with some surgeons.

By the time I have an extra $60,000 laying around to spend on face, it will cost $120,000. I finally accepted that it will never happen.

I am 49 and got 4. I noticed a huge difference 6 months later

NP. 6 months after your first vials or your last vials, assuming you did more than one session?

I’ve had 4 vials and like it so far but only about a month out from my second two.

Have you considered financing? I recently got my nose done and was able to get 12 months with zero interest through Cherry financing . They did have plans for financing with interest for up to 5 years. Many doctors also offer Care Credit.

According to my dermatologist, the rule of thumb is 1 vial of Sculptra for every decade of life. So at 53, that would be 5 vials.

How much did you pay for 2 vials of sculptra? And where?

I would also be careful because if sculptura is accidentally injected into a blood vessel you are screwed. There is no way to remove it and you can go blind, or get tissue necrosis. At least with Ha fillers you can dissolve it to avoid serious damage. I would recommend testing out sculptura on on the back of your hands as an antiaging treatment first (and waiting a year) to see if you think it gives good results or not.

You can request a blunt cannula. If you hit a blood vessel with HA, you can have a pretty terrible result too.

Can you describe what you noticed, specifically? Thank you.

+1, although I’m 40 and have had 6 vials so far because I had a lot of weight loss. I like it.
