Is there a way to check ParentVue/StudentVue from abroad?

| My kids want to know their schedules, which from past experience should post tomorrow or Wednesday. Wondering if there is a way to log into ParentVue & StudentVue from abroad as we won’t be back until the weekend. Thanks for any info! |

Just came back from Canada, and confirming not accessible even on WiFi. Canvas can be accessed everywhere though |

| I just came back from Canada (Wednesday) and DC just returned from Europe via Canada yesterday. I was able to use Parentvue in Canada using WiFi in a rural area until 8/7 when MCPS apparently did a system upgrade that locked me out. DC was able to use Canvas and Studentvue while in Canada (DC was doing Summer School Health course) and was able to access Studentvue while in Europe last week. |

| I don’t think so. MCPS blocks access to ParentVUE from foreign IPs. |

| Why does MCPS care whether people are logging in from abroad? Why not make these apps accessible everywhere? |

| I am abroad and cannot use the app when on WiFi but if I shut off the WiFi I can get in just fine. |

+1 use a VPN and set the location to the USA and you will be fine |

No, it is a different app. I just checked my kid's schedule. Somehow the school didn't register one required class (English). I am not sure if it is the final schedule. If it is yes, I need to contact the school asap. |
