| I haven’t heard anything from my daughter’s high school. In the past, I always received a letter in the mail and an email the first week in August with the back to school information and school supplies list. This will be my daughter’s first year of high school and I haven’t received anything. Is this normal? |
| We usually receive it from our HS in mid-August. |
| My High School I work at sent it out on Monday this week |
| we got one early August.. i think it's school specific. on ours it says hs has no supply list. |
| High schools don’t usually provide a school supply list. It’s up to the student to use a system that works best for them, though individual teachers might provide some guidance about supplies they recommend. |
| Some do, some don't. |
| Einstein principal sent an email over a week ago saying “look for my back to school email next week” and nothing ever came out. These principals are lazy! MCPs legit gives them things they can copy and paste for their school community. How hard is it to update a few lines and send an email?!? |
| My kids attend different t HS. I’ve received a letter from each school. |
| I received a post card this week and various Remind messages starting last week for our high school. |
Are you for real? His email came on August 17. You have no cause to call him lazy, and know nothing about his job. |
| WJ sent out today. Teachers have only been back for 2 days, relax. |
| We got one from one HS, but not the other. |
We had a school meeting with the principal mid-last week (1.5 weeks before first day of school) and he said the school supply list wasn't accurate and wouldn't be posted soon. Sooooo, we already bought school supplies in June off a list that isn't even accurate 1.5 weeks before first day. Not sure why everything is so last minute. We're 5 days from first day and still don't have a list of teachers or class schedule. |
Huh? High Schools don’t have and don’t post school supply list. |
