Anyone denied a religious accommodation for telework?

Just curious. It has been very difficult with RTO and a very long commute 3-4 hours a day, not much time to do anything at all outside of work.
We have a prayer room in our house. What kind of documentation is needed?

None just say you have a religious obligation that you cannot meet without flexibility in your schedule and state what telework will allow you to attend this religious obligation. No one needs photos or proof from clergy.

Won't work at my agency, we already have an interactive process in place just like for RAs. We even had a prayer room they will stick you in.
