What happened to the Foxhall Elementary School?

I thought DCPS had plans to open a new elementary school in Foxhall. What happened to the plans?

The simple answer is that the mayor delayed funding until 2029, i.e. never.

The longer answer involves the corrupt lease of the Lab school, the neighborhood opposition from Foxhall (traffic) and Glover Park (taking Stoddert), and the demolition of the recently renovated Hardy park.
