Aspen changeover?

When is New Year's Day on Aspen? It still says that the "current year" is the grade my child just finished. It should change over to the new school year this week or next, right?

It starts tomorrow afternoon and finishes Friday night. ASPEN will be unavailable in this time period.

Can't access the message now because it's down for the reset, but yesterday the message on the homepage said that info would be limited until August 18 to allow schools to update student data, including schedules.

It looks like the changeover has happened and I can see an academics tab on our family's Aspen, but it is empty. Can others access their kids' schedules?

How do you request a change? Do you have to call the school or can you do it through Aspen?

I'm looking at the posted schedule for my rising 9th grader.

Can anyone explain why there are blank spaces during second period under "B Day 1 - Tuesday", "B Day 2 - Thursday" and "F2 - Friday"?

They should have something for that period. Contact the school.

For most high schools, there are no changes until the kids are back in school and they request them through the admin team or counselor.

Anyone know who to contact about a missing credit on Aspen transcript? It's a middle school language class. Middle and high schools both agree that student completed the class, but it's not showing up on Graduation Summary.
