the US subs can be wherever the military wants them to be. They likely haven't moved an inch, already being "in position" which is what our tax dollars pay for in terms of preparedness and readiness.

According to latest release from the Senate, Putin had a lot of material on Hillary. Supposedly he favored Trump but didn't release what he had on Hillary to make it happen.
