Kids with ASD at private school but still have services through MCPS

| If your child with ASD attends a self-pay private, but they get some services through MCPS, can you kindly share what that looks like? We pay a lot out of pocket for private school and therapies, but if MCPS could provide some support to help that would be greatly appreciated and may relieve some of the financial burden. Thank you to anyone willing to share what resources are available. |

| They will provide resource (up to 5 hours/week max, I think) and speech. No OT or PT. You have to transport to the public school for the services. The district's obligations to private school parents on a service plan are much less than an IEP. |
