GLP shipped abroad

Has anyone had success in getting one of the US based compounding pharmacies to send GLP1s abroad, particularly to an army base/diplomatic post office? I’m a US citizen currently posted abroad on government orders. I wouldn’t qualify for a prescription based on BMI, but if I were in the US, I would be going the med spa route to lose stubborn postpartum weight. is this Avenue just completely closed off from me, given that the drugs would have to be shipped abroad, (even though it would be technically to a US base or diplomatic post office)?
