But nothing new about releasing the hostages? Come back when you have news relevant to ending the conflict. We all know wars result in casualties, and that Hamas is happy to see more and more of them.

Hamas has said repeatedly they would release all the hostages. Even back in the fall of 2023. Everyone knows the genocide in Gaza is not about the hostages.

Sorry, does the Catholic Church have hostages? This is news to me.

Right. They'll release the hostages if Israel yields to their extortionate demands, but not before. Until then, bye-bye more non-combatants, because Hamas doesn't care how many die.

Why is Hamas still refusing to release the innocent hostages?

Collateral damage, easily avoided if Hamas releases the hostages it holds. But don't let that reality keep you from trying to pin all the deaths and casualties from Oct 7 and afterwards on anyone but those actually responsible - Hamas and those who support it from among the Gazan population and in Iran.

Keep up the good work! Eventually your relentlessly repetitive posts will pay off and kill off all threads that criticise Israel or the IDF by boring the other posters to death.

How dumb are you to think that releasing some hostages will end this. The goal is to steal the land and eliminate Palestinians. More than once Netanyahu turned down an offer to release the hostage but that is not a priority to him.

Oh, we know. These Christians in a church were hamas. The children getting water were hamas. The aid works were hamas. The hospitals, schools, were all covers for hamas.

The IDF is just so terribly misunderstood gosh darnet!

This was the Church that the previous pope would reach out to everyday. Rogue genocidal state. They have been killing Christians. I feel like Pope Leo should do more than tweet, though. We can't let Christians be murdered with impunity.

Since "Oct 7" , Israel has murdered more Palestinians in non-Hamas-controlled West Bank than Israelia Hamas killed or kidnapped.

Israel can end the war by ending their invasion of Palestine.
