Wait, I actually do feel better…

I hate working out, I hate the gym. But it’s time to get myself on track and I’ve been religiously working out for a full 2 weeks. Short but heart pumping work outs. The scale has only moved a smidge, and that’s fine, but my mood and energy have actually noticeably and significantly improved?! What kind of sorcery is this? I thought it was just gym people being gym people when they said that!

You will find if you stick with it for a while you will actually be in a bad mood when you do not work out for a couple of days.

For years I thought hotels had gyms as some sort of requirement to be a hotel.

Now when travel anywhere I check gym amenities near top of list.

Endorphins.

If you want to REALLY feel good, start running outside (though maybe wait for it to cool down). Runner's high lasts me all day.

+1 the gym just can’t compare to the effect of an outdoor run.
