What schools are T-10?

Anonymous
We all know which schools are included in "Ivy."

We all know what schools are included in HYPMS.

So what are the maybe 2-3 schools not included in either of the above - if any? Cal Tech? What does T-10 even mean?

Here are the top ten according to USNWR: https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities?_sort=rank&_sortDirection=asc

So, they add in Duke, Northwestern, U of Chicago into the Top 10.

In my opinion, a T10 designation lacks meaning without a source and a category. This site, for example, includes Rice, Caltech, CMU, Northwestern and JHU:

If Engineering, which is it's own island when it comes to prestige in it's field and subsequently jobs and $$$. The list is very different. Engineering is unique that way.
