Denied Enrollment email

Did anyone get a denial enrollment from DCPS/Follett?

I got one with the subject Denied Enrollment BUT in the body it said he is enrolled.

I notified the school enrollment email. This is our IB school so not concerned just curious if it was just us or a city wide problem.

I got one too. Mine said his enrollment submission was declined for the following reason(s): and then just blank, no reason(s)

I received a confirmation of enrollment weeks ago so this is weird, but I'm glad I'm not the only one!

Sometimes they find a small issue in the paperwork—we got this one year and it was because one document had an apartment number in the address and the form did not. East to resolve, but don’t wait

I just reached out to my school's registrar and she quickly updated me - in our case, there were two enrollments on file for my child and she had deleted one.
