How are prices doing in McLean?

McLean pricing has been trending down for sometime now, anything over $2.5. Not a revelation. It’s now spreading to other areas

I always thought the summer was the best time to list a house, because people are moving during the summer for the start of the school year.

The overpriced tear downs and the overpriced new builds are sitting. The ones which are priced correctly are selling but not flying off the shelf with no contingencies.

Nope. You list in Spring and settle in summer.
