I’m wondering if there are niche recruiters behind the Korn Ferry/russell Reynolds types that might be appropriate as I try to transition to private sector from USAID. Would welcome any suggestions. I’m a senior person with significant experience in developing economic development programs, financial modeling, as well as technical experience in agriculture, tourism, government…(lots more) it’s so tough after twenty plus years. Thanks for any suggestions. |
Of course there are boutique firms. I would think your background could translate to foundations. Check Isaacson Miller, for instance. |
Thank you for your years of dedicated service. You had a profound impact on the world and America is better for it.
This is what a friend who was successfully hired as a CEO recommended to me in the Social Impact space: nrgconsultinggroup.com dsgco.com (koya is a part of this) bridgepartnersllc.com good-insight.org (not super impressed by them but they have a lot in the DC area) 360 group http://www.the360group.us encore.org Otherwise Wayan Vota has been doing a lot in this space and hosting Zoom calls with recruiters, if you check out his substack. Good luck. |
