What are some of the best Baltimore events for teens? Festivals etc. I used to take my kids to lots of community festivals when they were younger and I'd like to check out some this summer, but nothing says "teen" to me. Artscape would have been one to look at, but we were away that weekend.

I don’t think teens really want to go to festivals with their parents. They’d rather go with friends and they can find them on their own.
