| Just became a landlord, and would like to hire a CPA for first time in my life. Any recs for a CPA or Tax Preparer? Mine would be more straightforward/not complicated (but I'd like to hire one this time as it is my first time being a landlord) |

| A CPA is a certified public accountant. You are a landlord, not a publicly traded company. Quick books and turbo tax are all you need. |
