What I see is that recruiters contact candidates that they want without having an application. Salesforce just poached my DC, the whole process took 2 weeks. Dc signed the offer today. So the system started to work in reverse. Go figure. |

Lazyapply is a thing you can use and it takes your resume and compares it to job postings and creates custom cover letter and applications it literally applies to 1,000 of jobs for a low price. Just imagine if a 100,000 people were using it to apply 1,000 jobs a day each |

Maybe back in 2005 that worked. Systems are smarter than that now and will reformat all of the text so whoever does look at your resume will see it. |
