Ear piercing - Frederick or Montgomery County?

My DD (15) has asked to get her ears pierced. I remember reading way back when on DCUM that a tattoo/piercing place is a good choice.
Any recommendations for either Frederick County (MD) or Montgomery County? |

| Bethesda Tattoo did a great job with my DD's (second) ear piercing, although it was pricey. They were very strict about paperwork (for a minor) and sanitation. |
