I need motivation to get back into running and my CrossFit training after breaking some toes and a rib from falling down stairs. I am week 6 next week, and will die when getting back into it. I also play soccer in the summer. I need some gentle motivational advice. |

Yes, but my toes feel better now. I am at six weeks. The ribs are another story. I did go for my first run in six weeks today. It wasn’t the best, but at least it is a start. Thank you for the suggestion. I am gaining my motivation back. |
