Hi everyone, I’m a heavy-chested woman (36D) and I’m really struggling to find a bra that offers proper support. No matter what I try, my breasts still sag and bras just feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I hate wearing them, but I need something that provides real support without sacrificing comfort. I’m not looking for anything fancy or stylish — comfort is my top priority. Does anyone have recommendations for bras that actually keep things lifted and are still wearable all day? Thank you in advance! |

Go to Trousseau in VA and tell them exactly what you said above. They will fit you properly, and get you comfortable bras

When people ask for clothing, the answer isn't "surgery". Nobody with boobs exists without already knowing this is an option. If people want to hear about it, they'll go to the health forum and ask (and they do). Stop posting "have surgery" in response to questions about garments. You sound ridiculous. |

Gravity will still work, and your breasts will sag, even after a reduction, which is not a lift, so if you're going to post off-topic content, maybe at least try to be accurate?

| +1 to Wacoal. I recently tried on a million bras at Macys and the only winner was Wacoal's Simply Done Seamless Underwire T-Shirt Bra. The wireless one is awful, but the underwire version is shockingly comfortable all day. |

Make sure you have your size right. I figured out a few months ago that I've been wearing wrong-sized bras for years---and now that I have the size right, bras are keeping my boobs up where they're supposed to be.
I used the calculator here: https://www.abrathatfits.org/calculator.php Going to a specialty shop to get measured is also an option, although I had originally gone to one in NYC that's supposed to be great and was apparently misled. My size is more uncommon, and I suspect that they told me I was the more common "sister size" based on what they had in stock. Just beware of this and measure yourself even if you get professionally measured. |

I swear by Le Bustiere. Amazing at helping with the right fit according to your needs (eg, not sagging).

| I’m a 32DDD. When I lived in DC, I got all my brass from Trousseau and I never hurt. If you can only afford one, you can buy the rest from the department store in the same size. |

| +1 for the "A Bra That Fits" calculator linked above. You are almost certainly in the wrong size and need a smaller band (this is where the support comes from) and a larger cup. It is a misconception that D cup = large. |
