Fifth price change is the charm? (Derwood TH)

Sounds like they don't need to sell. They have taken 10 months to lower the price by only 8.5%.

This is not a townhouse. It is one of those 2 over 2 condos that real estate agents pretend at townhouses. 2 over 2s have the worst attributes of townhouses (no elevator, bad soundproofing), No elevator, lots of stairs, poor soundproofing, poor construction quality and condos (high hoa fees, don’t own the land under your house). They are by far the worst option to buy. You are better off buying an actual townhome or in a legit condo building that actually has an elevator.

They didn’t highlight proximity to the county dump.

Those price changes are ridiculous. I've only ever sold one house (as a homeowner) and even I know you drop the price in 25K-50K increments to bring in a new crowd of lookers, especially with a house over 500K. You don't drop in the haggle over price range. But I see they bought it at 533K so they probably can't afford a loss.

I never liked what they did over there by the metro as it looked too much like communist housing.

Nicole, your decorating is atrocious. No one wants to live in Derwood.

Judging from the view of a brick wall from their balcony, it looks like they live on the lower level, so less stairs. Front balconies would have been so much nicer for this row of homes.

You can buy a SFH zoned to that high school. Why settle for a townhouse?
