Hi,
I would like to try a Russian manicure. Can anybody recommend any salons and specific manicurists in VA or MD? |
A Russian manicure? Why? What makes it so special? |
They do a wonderful job with cuticles, etc. So clean and pretty. |
I need to know what this is |
I confess I have a hard time getting excited about anything Russian right now. What’s so different about it? |
Google it-tbh it sounds aggressive and invasive. |
YOLO Beauty Lounge |
When I lived in Moscow, I got many manicures. There was nothing special or different about them. |
Have fun destroying your cuticles and nail bed. |
Don't dermatologists say not to get those?
I don't understand how thick some of y'alls cuticles could even be that cuticle oil and a cuticle stick can't push them down. |
In soviet russia cuticles push you |
They hurt |
I love them. No water, no soaking. They clean up your cuticles and nail beds using the buffing tool. It doesn't hurt and I've never found it aggressive.
I like Beauty Spot by Elena. She's moving in June to Pike and Rose. Karina Beauty is also good but just not as friendly. Both are in Rockville. |
