Bay bridge traffic Sunday evening

What time does the bay bridge traffic ease up on sunday heading to dc. If we leave the deleware beach at 5:00 pm will the traffic still be bad or should we wait until 6 or even 7? TIA.

Literally the drive has been so awful for me this season. I can’t even predict.

Thank you everyone. We left at 6:30 pm and it took 4 hours, so an extra hour of traffic or so.
