Cosmetic procedures at dermatologist

Anonymous
Below is a list of cosmetic procedures that the dermatologist can complete. Im 40F and have some wrinkles, sun spots and a few acne scars on my face. For those who get these treatments, what would be the most economical and effective?

Botox/Dysport
Fillers (Juvederm and Restylane family, Sculptra)
IPL for brown spots and redness
Nd-yag for vascular lesions
Laser hair removal
Laser genesis
SkinPen (micro-needling)
Chemical peels
Kybella
CoolSculpting (non-invasive fat reduction/body contouring)
Secret RF (radiofrequency micro-needling)
Titan (non-invasive skin tightening)
HydraFacial

Some of the lasers will fry the fat off your face so I'd be careful it doesn't matter if it is a dermatologist I think what matters most is experience

Chemical Peels.

For the concerns that you are describing , IPL is your best bet. You’ll need a series of 3-4 treatments to see results

If you're feeling adventurous, you can do microneedling and chemical peels at home. A series of jessners peels is pretty good at taking off pigmentation for example.

Don’t do kybella or cool sculpting. Expensive and not guaranteed to work! I did 6 rounds of kybella and had a minimal result. I ended up getting liposuction and it was a similar cost and the results were amazing.

I did IPL and it removed all sunspots, Botox for wrinkles, microneedling for acne scars. Then a good skincare routine, retin a, etc, spf. I use obagi. This is all very effective but really nothing is exactly economical. It costs money to age well😁
