I have neck/upper back pain and forearm/wrist/finger pain when I use my work laptop.
Can someone please describe how they elevate their laptop, and which separate ergonomic keyboard and mouse they attach? Are there any other hacks? Do I need to change my chair? Do you rest against the seat when you type? Aargh. |
Might try the health or tech sub forums.
Really just try various ways and mix it up. Doing the same thing all the time is what leads to issues. |
